Quick, Effective Workouts

Below are some quick and extremely effective fat burning and weight loss workouts that can be done at home or outside with little to no equipment.

Fat Burning Workout #1

30 sec sprint in place
10 sec rest
30 sec pushups
10 sec rest
30 sec leg wipers (on ball if possible)
10 sec rest
* Repeat 5 times

Fat Burning Workout #2

45 sec Up-Downs (pushup position to elbows and back up)
15 sec rest
45 sec squat jumps
15 sec rest
45 sec pushup w/ knee drag on ball
15 sec rest
*Repeat 4 times
