Many, if not all of us have experienced low back pain during our lifetime. Today, I want to give you a few different solutions for strengthening your body and finally making low back pain a thing of the past.

Most back pain is caused by sitting down for long periods of time during the day, whether that be at your office desk or your couch while you play some Wii.
