Here’s what you get with the 8 Week Coaching program:
* 8 Weeks of Laser Focused Coaching
This includes 1 training session per week with your group that will push you to higher limits than you have before in the past. You will work hard, but have a ton of fun!
The coaching also includes 1 session per week with the group where we will meet and discuss what your goals are, what tweaks need to be made within your workouts or diet, and sharing ideas with one another that have worked well for each person.
* Weekly Accountability Measurement Session
You will weigh in each week and take full measurements every 2 weeks so we can constantly track your success and make changes to increase your results.
* Customized Cardio & Diet Programs
Talk about simple! The diet program is about as easy as it gets. All of the foods are normal and you will not be starving yourselves. As you progress through the program, new foods are added in until you are ready to graduate from the program and go into maintenance mode.
The cardio program is an easy to follow program that will burn major amounts of fat off of you body in addition to what you are doing already at bootcamp.

You will gain access to our private page where you can ask questions and communicate with myself, current and also past coaching clients.

FAQ’S:
What if I have never worked out before or am very new to working out?
This program is not for you. I would recommend our BootCamp or Personal Training program to start with. Let me know and I can help you with what would be best for you.
What if I am not a member?
Sorry, but you must be a bootcamp or personal training member to be a part of the coaching program. No exceptions.
What if I have an injury?
Please include what type of injury you have when you tell me why you should be chosen. We can modify exercises nearly 100% of the time that will allow you to get great results.
What if I have struggled to lose weight before? Will this work?
Multiple people from the first 2 groups dealt with the same issue and succeeded this time. This program is different from other programs. That being said, you must work hard. This is not a magical solution for lazy people.
