Q: How does the detox plan work?

A: The detox is based on eating all hypoallergenic foods for at least 7 days and up to 28 days.  We remove dairy, wheat and other common foods that cause allergic reactions that include bloating, weight gain, fatigue, etc

Q: Do I absolutely need the supplements?

A: The rice protein is a must during this program.  Although you don’t HAVE to take the supplements, they are very highly recommended to take.  They are providing you with essential nutrients and vitamins that are important for fat loss and overall health.

Q: What if I am not allergic to any foods?

A: Most people are not even aware that they may be allergic to certain foods that cause weight gain until they fully remove them from their diet and then reintroduce them again.  Even if you have been tested for food allergies, you will still benefit from this by eating whole, natural foods and changing your body.

Q: Is this plan like the ‘cleanses’ that I see on T.V. where I will be going to the bathroom non-stop?

A: No.  You should not experience any abnormal extra trips to the bathroom during this plan.

Q: Can I workout while on this plan?

A: Yes, you are encouraged to workout; however, you should monitor yourself and take it easier than normal during the first few days since you may experience an occasional headache from the toxins leaving.  Use common sense when exercising or ask a fitness professional.

Q: How is this different than a normal diet or detox?

A:  Not only do you remove toxins from your body, but you are also eating necessary protein levels that many diets and detox’s leave out.  The combination of these changes will cause you to feel better and also maintain muscle as you lose weight.

Q: I have several health problems. Will this help me?

A: This plan is meant to help you lose weight, inches and also gain energy and feel better; however, we recommend you consult a physician if you have any question about this affecting your individual conditions.  In fact, we recommend that everyone see their physician before going through any diet or exercise plan.

Q: Can I use this with a friend or a spouse?

A: Definitely!
