FAQ’S

Q: I haven’t worked out in a long time.  Will I be able to do it?

A: Carbone Fitness Boot Camps are designed for nearly everyone to be able to participate in.  Each class is suitable in difficulty for advanced to an out of shape beginner.  There are variations for nearly all exercises.  The classes are made up of ages 17 – 60 and everyone is working to ther highest potential.

 

Q: What should I bring?

A: Bring yourself, a good attitude, some water, and a ton of energy.

 

Q: The word Boot Camp seems intimidating.  Is it scary?

A: This is not your traditional scream and yell bootcamp.  There are no stupid whistles or loud screaming or doing pusups until you vomit.  The class is designed by a certified fitness professional who keeps the class easy going, but motivating, fun and high energy.

 

Q: What type of results can I expect?

A:  Just like anything, you get what you put into it.  Having said that, we see incredible results with members who work hard and follow the nutritional guidelines and meal plans.  10 – 15 pounds a month weight loss is definately not out of the question.  You WILL be in the best shape of your life during this program.

 

Q:  I don’t want to get bulky.  Will lifting weights make me big?

A: There is a very small percentage of women who are genetically predisposed to have this happen.  Chances are that if you aren’t bulky now, you won’t be when you start.  Men, on the other hand, can experience some change in muscle mass along with major amounts of fat loss.
