Can I participate even though I’ve never worked out?
Yes
Do you offer a beginner class?
Although we don’t offer a class specifically for beginners, all classes are designed for all fitness levels and everyone goes at their own pace.
How old do you have to be?
16 years old
How long do the sessions last?
45 minutes
What is the boot camp schedule?

Monday: 6-645 AM, 830-915 AM, 615-7 PM, 7-730 PM
Tuesday: 930-1015 AM, 615-7 PM, 7-730 PM
Wednesday: 6-645 AM, 830-915 AM, 615-7 PM
Thursday: 930-1015 AM, 615-7 PM, 7-730 PM
Friday:6-645 AM, 9-945 AM
Saturday: 8-845 AM
*We only offer our 7-730 PM classes September-May. The 7-730 PM classes are not offered June-August.

Are the trainers certified?
Yes. Our trainers are certified by the NSCA, holding the top certification in the fitness industry. More importantly, we have years of experience under our belts.
Is this just for women?
No. Although our classes are made up of about 70% women, many men are members and find it to be surprisingly challenging and fun.
What are the classes like?
Each and every class is different than the next, so this is nearly impossible to answer. However, each class always contains strength work, bits (or more) of cardio, and core training worked into a combination that perfect for toning, building strength, increasing endurance and losing body fat.
Will you be offering additional class times in the future?
Yes, as our program grows, we will add more class times as well as other program options
How often can I attend?
It’s unlimited so you can come as often as you’d like
What do I need to bring?
Workout clothes, a towel (if you prefer one), something to drink and a smile.
What results can I expect in one month?
You can expect to lose 8-12 pounds and 3-6 inches. You can also expect to feel better, look better and have more energy
Do you have showers?
We do not have showers at this time
Do you offer child care?
We do not offer child care at this time
What if I I have an injury, can I still participate?
This depends on what injury you have but we recommend asking your Dr. if you can participate. If you are unsure, please email us at info@CarboneTrainingSystems.com with your specific injury
What do I do once I’ve purchased the deal?
DO NOT just show up. To make sure sessions are not overcrowded, we ask that you make an appointment with us. You will receive an email from us confirming your purchase and instructions on how to get started and set up your appointment. The email will come to you in the order that the purchase was made, so please be patient.
