4th ANNUAL 2015 NEW YEAR NEW YOU BODY TRANSFORMATION CONTEST
Here's how it works… You'll compete in teams of three people. At least one member from your team must be a non-member. There is no obligation to join but these non-member teammates may join as part of their entry into the challenge and your team will still qualify.
The team that has the highest percentage change in body fat loss/muscle gain & combined total points will win $3,000. That's $1,000 for every person on your team!
Everyone on your team must complete their initial weigh in at Carbone Training Systems between January 15-19th and then you'll be required to attend weigh ins every 2 weeks in order to qualify for the Grand Prize. Final weigh ins will occur between February 26-March 2. The winning team will be announced at the New Year New You Finale Party to be held on Friday, March 6. We'll celebrate everyone's success and write three $1,000 checks! We need at least 10 teams to register by January 19th, 2015 in order to run this competition. So gather your friends and family members who are ready to start the New Year off right and register today! If you're already a Carbone Training Systems member, (or if you become one before the contest) your entry fee to participate in the contest is only $39.00. In addition to all your member benefits, you'll also receive the following as part of your package:
- Group emails from the CTS Team to motivate & educate you along the way
- Food journal to track your nutrition, complete with shopping list and nutrition tips
- (3) Members Only Hurricane workouts during the challenge
- Members Only mini “side challenges” during the 6 weeks to keep you accountable

Your team can consist entirely of non-members if you like. Non-members pay only $99.00 to enter the challenge and receive all the benefits included in the Member Package (minus members only perks), plus:
- Two (2) Group Training sessions per week
- One (1) Accountability/Motivational email per week
- One (1) Tips to Blast Fat email per week
- Healthy recipes sent to you via email; and Q&A via email
- A fitness coach will be available to answer your questions during the entire competition
This package is a GREAT VALUE! If you’re a non-member and SERIOUS about losing lots of fat, this package is for you. Entry fee is only $239.00 per team member. At this level you’ll receive all the benefits of both the Member and the Non-member levels (minus members only perks), plus: An individualized program designed specifically for you by our expert fitness program writing department
- One (1) semi-private coaching session with one of our fitness coaches each week for six weeks
- Unlimited Group Training sessions for the full six weeks
- Cardio Interval Fat Burning Program to follow for 6 weeks
