Train 5 days a week

It does not have to be crush yourself, multi hour workout.  In fact, it shouldn’t be.  However, a walk around the block is not going to cut it.  Not sure what to do? We’ve got you covered and have a program written for you!

Non-workout physical activity 5 days a week
Walk, swim, surf, ride, hike, be active.

Stick to ANY diet. No Cheats, No Alcohol!*
The best diet is the one you can stick to.  Consistency is the key to making changes. Not sure what to eat?  We’ve included a shopping list and tips to follow for success.

Drink 1 gallon of water per day
Sure, you may pee a lot, but you’ll feel and look great!

Manage your screen time

Commit to No TV, phones, or computers 1 hour before bed.

Take your supplements
Fish Oil. Vitamin D. Multivitamin.  Brand, quality and dosage matters.  We’ll tell you exactly what to do!

Join the private Facebook group

You can do this alone.  You can push your car after it breaks down as well, but it’s way easier and you’ll do much better with a team alongside you.  You’ll get access to certified coaches and a supportive community.
