Group Training
Our workouts are fun and easy to follow, but will push you to your limits! We make sure to accommodate every fitness level and make modifications along the way to keep you safe. Our programs are designed for you to learn the movements with good form, but are also changed up enough so that you will not hit plateaus and keep your metabolism revving.
Our combination of 2 different types of classes are the perfect mix to build lean muscle and to torch massive amounts of fat in a short 45 minute session.
Total Body Strength
We build our programs on facts based science and science shows us that building lean muscle is the quickest and most effective way to “tone” and reshape your body. The days of “biceps and back” are over for fat loss. Our Total Body class challenges your entire body from flattening your core to sculpting your legs and back.
Metabolic Burn
This is our version of cardio, but without the treadmills and ellipticals. Our metabolic classes will push you to your personal limit every single session. Designed with an afterburn effect, these sessions will keep you burning calories for up to 72 straight hours.
